Privacy Policy

Information you share

When you request a quote, we collect the contact information, property location, lighting preferences, and project details you provide. You may also choose to share photos of your property. Photos are optional; please avoid including people, license plates, access codes, or other sensitive details.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification, or passwords in the quote form.

How we use your information

• Review your lighting project and determine whether we can serve the location.
• Contact you about your request and prepare a project proposal.
• Coordinate agreed services and maintain related business records.
• Protect the website from spam, fraud, and repeated automated submissions.

Submitting a quote request does not enroll you in marketing texts. We do not sell your personal information or use submitted property photos as advertising without separate permission.

Services that help us operate

We use service providers for website hosting, storing quote requests and photos, delivering email, and notifying our team. Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores requests and photos, and Resend delivers email. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to help prevent automated abuse. When enabled, Twilio sends quote alerts to our team, not marketing texts to customers. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy for details about its verification service.

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs. Our application uses hashed identifiers to limit repeated quote submissions. Property photos are kept in private storage rather than a public gallery.

Cookies and website preferences

This website does not include advertising trackers. Hosting, access protection, or anti-spam services may use information needed to operate and secure the site. Your browser controls allow you to manage cookies; restricting them may affect protected previews or form verification.

Retention and your choices

Quote information and photos remain in our business records until reviewed and deleted by our team. You may ask us to correct or delete information you have shared, or tell us that you no longer want follow-up about a request. Some records may need to be retained for an active project or legal obligations.

Contact anthony@alpineholidaylighting.org for privacy questions or requests. Please identify the email address used for your quote so we can locate the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
